Train the trainer (Training people to train others in the workplace) Often staff get given the responsibility to train other staff without any understanding of how people learn and they make a good attempt, but when the trainees do not execute the correct actions, unnecessary stress occurs. The main reason may be that the person was not trained correctly, not that they did not want to learn and the trainer was ill equipped to provide the best training.
